Aren’t they adorable!!! Rebecca’s vision for her wedding day is Vintage Glam, my FAVE!! I love this look. It’s pretty, soft and timeless. I was super excited to create her look.
Here’s how I created Rebecca’s look.
Foundation is a must for wedding photos, it evens out the skin for a flawless look.
I applied a highlighter with a soft shimmer. I also applied a soft golden brown and dark gold shadow in her crease. I smudged a dark brown liner to define her eyes and added lashes for extra definition.
A soft pink blush to highlight her pretty cheek bones. Pretty soft pink lips finished her look. Beautiful, natural and timeless.
We can’t forget your bridesmaids. They deserve to look and feel beautiful too. I create an individual look for each bridesmaids. It’s all about what will look great on them. It’s not about matching their makeup to the colour of their dresses. Each look should bring out their natural beauty.

Congratulations Kathleen & Andrew!
What can I say? I knew that I would love Kathleen as soon as I read her email asking me if I was available for her wedding. Her sense of humour and personality ozzed from every word! Kathleen and Andrew were planing their wedding from LA and all I could think was why are you getting married in St. Mary’s Ontario when you’re from LA. LOL! I later found out that her Dad is Brian Dennehy, the actor, is actually working in Stratford On. His only day off is on Monday’s, so they decided to hold their wedding there. Soooo sweet!!
Here’s a peek at their beautiful wedding.
Kathleen’s makeup look is simple and elegant. Here’s how I created her look.
I applied a foundation for a flawless finish.
For her eye’s I used a light sparkly champagne shadow with a light taupe and cork in the crease to contour her eyes. I lightly lined her eyes with Bobbi Brown liner and added mascara to polish off her look.
I added a pop of colour to her cheeks using a spicy cheek colour by Ben Nye and a touch of bronzer by Makeup Forever for an added glow.
Lips are a soft pink. So pretty!

I’m so thrilled to introduce you to Jody and her beautiful wedding party. Jody is originally from the Kitchener Waterloo area, however she currently lives in British Columbia and was planning her wedding from there. I’m sure it’s much harder to plan your wedding when you live out of province. But, that didn’t seem to faze her.
The wedding makeup look that I created for Jody is soft, elegant and classic. I used a palette of shimmery champagne, warm cashmere and soft hazelnut brown on her eyes. I added drama to her eyes with a strong eyeliner and semi permanent eye lash extentions. I added a warm peachy glow to her cheeks with a citrus blush and gave her skin a touch of bronzer for a healthy sun kissed glow. A beautiful soft pink gloss completed Jody’s timeless beautiful bridal makeup look. 
I had such a blast with Jody’s wedding party!

Congratulations Erika + Ken October 2, 2010

Here’s the scoop on how Erika and I met… Erika contacted me in a state of panic, her hair/makeup artist had just told her that she was no longer available for her wedding. Seriously!! Brutaaaal!! This is why I have to say, NOT all Makeup artists are created equally! It just so happened that I was still available for Erika’s wedding, and I’m sooo glad that I was!!! Not only is Erika an amazing woman with a great sense of humour, but she is also a talented Photographer and Makeup Artist. Yes, I did say makeup artist.
You might be thinking why would a makeup artist need to hire another makeup artist for her wedding day. Well, the answer is simple, we wanna feel like a princess on our wedding day too! We want to be pampered and we only hire the best of the best to work on us, LOL!
Erika has totally paid me a HUGE compliment by asking me to be her makeup artist for her wedding day. And guess what?! She wanted a dramatic smokey eye and that’s my signature look!!! She’s my kinda girl!!
Erikas’ look is ALL about the eyes! I created her look with a palette of deep purples from MK and Smashbox and defined her eyes with fantastic dramatic lashes from MAC. Voila! Instant DRAMA! I evened out Erikas’ complexion with Makeup Forever HD foundation. Added a soft glowy peach blush and my fave pink lip gloss for a gorgeous wedding look!
Not only did I get to beautify Erika and her bridesmaids Laura and Tina, but I also had the privilege of doing her mom’s makeup. This was huge because she never wears makeup and she loved the “natural” look I gave her.
OMG!! Nothing was gonna keep these girls from having a FABULOUS day!! It poured ALL day ( i think it was the rainiest day since spring), the Hotel fire alarm went off for at least 30 mins, but nothing dampened their spirits. I don’t think I have ever laughed so hard! My cheeks are still hurting!! LOL
I was thrilled to meet Anne Edgar, Erika’s Photographer. As you can see, she is sooo talented. Thank you so much Anne! It was great meeting and working with you!
Erika, you are a beautiful woman, inside and out! Thank you for choosing me to be your makeup artist for your wedding day!

Oh my gosh, I’m so happy to introduce you to Kristan!
Kristan is such a sweetheart! As soon as I saw Kristan in person, I knew exactly which makeup look would be fantastic for her. Classic, timeless and of course elegant!!
I created Kristans’ look with neutral MAC eye colours, and defined her eyes with a soft chocolate brown eyeliner from Bobbi Brown along with fantastic lashes. I added a pop of colour to her cheeks with light pink blush from Mary Kay. A beautiful shimmering pink gloss was added to finish off her beautiful bridal makeup look.
Kristan’s beautiful wedding pictures were taken by the UBER talented Taylor Jackson. You are amazing!
A HUGE shout out to the fantastic Hair Team at Frank Anthony Salon and Spa and my very own “Dream Team” (Donna S+ Karen A) for working so well with the very aggressive time schedule! Everyone was beautified and ready to walk down the aisle on schedule!
